    The Striker Maneuver, or Centurion?
    I've thought of the term "Pulling a Striker" to mean doing a move-through on an immovable object, in reference to at least two instances where Striker did this (once when fighting some Grond clones he plowed into the ground, and the infamous strike against Dr. Destroyer's ship). But should this now be changed to Centurion? He only did it once, but it was spectacular...

    Born in the US of Irish parents, Cabhan (pronounced Kav + an) had hoped to use the GI Bill to attend college for electrical engineering, so he enlisted in the Army. He'd been nicknamed "Shocks" from being a near constant source of static discharge. During a test of an experimental electrical generator he was accidentally infused with electricity. It burned off all his hair but left him with electrical powers. He can project bolts of electricity, from stunning force up to lethal lightning blasts, along with projecting a force field barrier. He can also charge and disrupt electronic devices.
    Shortly after the accident, the War began, and he was attached to UNTIL TC (Technical Command) and sent to Europe. As his powers grew he found he was able to transform into a being of electricity, basically looking like one of those plasma balls that arcs electricity out to the surface when touched. He has limited flight capabilities, and can teleport in the form of an electrical bolt. This form also enables him to pass through conductive materials; any sort of wiring or electrical socket allows him to pass through non-conductive barriers.

    The years of fighting has left him tired, and with some survivor's guilt. All of the people he fought beside died over the years of the war. He found a collection of refugees in Hallwang (in what was known as Austria), and has been working with them to provide electricity and shelter. They've scavenged car batteries, generators, built water wheels and solar panel arrays. The village is pretty self-sustaining now, and he's had a desire to go out into the world again to try and provide more help. So when the call came from The Spire, he felt it was time to move on, though Hallwang will always be on his mind.
